Pricing Policy
Our service call charge of $48 includes a trip to your home for a full diagnosis of your appliance and an estimate of the total repair cost. The service charge is waived with a repair. We follow a flat-rate pricing system quoted up front to you so there are no surprises.
Before you schedule a service call, please check the following:
1) Has the circuit breaker tripped?
2) Was the appliance accidentally unplugged?
3) Have you read the troubleshooting section in user's manual?
We do not sell or install appliances. We provide service for appliances needing repair or maintenance.
We offer a 90 day parts and labor warranty. If there is a failure of our repair, we will promptly come out to your home to investigate the problem and make any repairs needed at no charge.
